The FCC has granted Cumulus Media‘s petition for reorganization under a voluntary Chapter 11 filing that received a federal bankruptcy judge’s approval in mid-April.
To get the Carr Commission’s sign-off on the plan, the company today reportedly agreed to a pledge to retain newsroom staff — for 24 months, at least.
