Little Dog Grows Its Palm Beaches Kennel Again

She may be reluctant to talk to the press about the flurry of radio station deals she’s signed off on, but Christina Biegun has emerged as one of South Florida’s biggest discussion topics in recent months.

Why? Her Little Dog Media Group has been scrappy in scooping up AM radio stations with FM translators. Now, she’s struck again — this time in Jupiter, Fla.

A fresh asset purchase agreement submitted to the FCC for its regulatory approval shows that Biegun has signed off on a deal to acquire WJBW-AM 1000 in Jupiter, a Class D facility with 650 watts during daylight hours and just 17 watts a night, so it may protect WMVP-AM in Chicago.

With the AM goes W229DG at 93.7 MHz, licensed to West Palm Beach; it covers northern Palm Beach County.

A $275,000 purchase price has been agreed to, per an amendment APA dated May 28.

The seller is WJBW LLC, led by Jhonson Napoleon, who agreed to purchase WJBW in July 2012 for $305,000 via his “Azure Media LLC.”

The Law Office of Dan J. Alpert served as Napoleon’s legal counsel; Anthony T. Lepore represented Biegun’s group.

Under Napoleon, WJBW has offered Haitian American listeners programming in creole to the local audience. This will likely end, as Biegun builds a network of signals across the entire West Palm Beach-Fort Pierce-Vero Beach DMA.

Little Dog Media Grouphas been rapidly scooping up FM translators and AM radio stations across the West Palm Beach-Stuart-Port St. Lucie DMA, and following the January 2026 deal poised to give her control of three FM translators owned by Vic Canales Media Group, she struck a deal in March 2026 that sees her agree to purchase WDJA-AM 1420 in Delray Beach, Fla., for $425,000 in a transaction brokered by Beth Griffin.
