U.S. Government Goes After ‘Pullman Radio’ For Unpaid FCC Fees

The owner of a Country FM, a Classic Hits FM translator fed by that station’s HD2 signal, and a Class D AM offering a News/Talk that benefits from an FM translator of its own has been taken to court by the federal government for its failure to pay regulatory fees to the FCC.
