In February, Vincent Castelli and John Kyle II once again came together to execute a transaction involving a low-power television station serving the capital of Florida. Now, that transaction that sees Bob Heymann of the Chicago office of Media Services Group serve as the seller’s broker has closed.
This puts W08EQ-D, licensed to Tallahassee, Fla., officially in the hands of Castelli Media.
Kyle’s King Forward Inc. sold the property for $30,000.
Castelli is based in Las Vegas and specializes in facility upgrades for low-power television stations. His holdings include other LPTVs across the southern U.S.
