After months of back-and-forth negotiations, it appears that the dollars may begin flowing back to disgruntled sports pay TV subscribers in a year where live sports took a severe hit from the COVID-19 pandemic.
That’s according to Bloomberg, which reports “more than $1 billion” in the form of refunds and credits will be issued as compensation for the many pandemic-related sports cancellations seen in 2020.
