FNPRM On Radio/TV Public Notice Requirements Moves Forward

In an unanimous ruling, the FCC on Thursday adopted a Further Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (FNPRM) that proposes a modernized and standardized set of rules for local public notice given by broadcast applicants.
