It’s a free app that gives consumers cash back on gas, groceries, and at restaurants, and over the last several years has turned to national radio to help increase and create brand awareness.
Now, Upside is turning once again to Spot Radio to get more people to download and use the platform.
According to the latest Media Monitors Spot Ten Radio report, Upside is now No. 2 by spot play and in a category all to itself when it comes to advertising.
This has made Upside unique, as it finds itself the second-largest user of national radio behind Progressive, ahead the dominant leader in the auto insurer category.
The rest of the Spot Ten Radio report for the week ending April 27 shows new growth from QSR Wendy’s at radio, and the entry into the Spot Ten for Zealthy, a new consumer option for a variety of pharmaceutical needs at discounted prices.
