Consumers will be shopping right up to deadline

DeadlineA report was issued by eDigitalResearch and IMRG, the intent of which was to alert etailers that they need to be ready and efficient right up to the very end of the holiday shopping season. And we think it delivers a powerful message to broadcasters as well.

According to the eCustomerServiceIndex, 47% of consumers will be making online purchases with less than a week to go before 12/25/14.
