Greater Media Philadelphia announced 93.3 WMMR-FM has been named "2008 Radio Station of the Year" for the Atlantic territory at the annual Pepsi Media Summit. The national event took place on 12/4 at the Mandalay Bay Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas. The station was selected for the national honor by Pepsi, based on its promotional support, station representative efforts, media stewardship and media integrity/alignment. In addition, WMMR was also nominated in the "Best Radio Promotion" category for its "Amp Energy Granny Grand Prix" promotion.
