As RBR+TVBR first shared on June 6, the South Florida Public Media Group has taken a significant step in giving northern Palm Beach better access to the NPR programming and locally produced Jazz and folk shows. The purchase of a Class C2 move-in by SFPMG was consummated.
It seems there’s a problem: SFPMG is a group designed to benefit the operations of the originating station, its Key West simulcast facility and an FM translator in West Palm Beach and can’t proceed with the deal, so says the actual licensee of WLRN-FM.
