Jeff Winemiller has signed off on an agreement that sees his licensee agree to acquire KRHT-LD in Redding.
He’s buying it directly from Niculina Hanson for $25,000.
There’s a broker, and it is MCH Enterprises, representing Hanson.
Serving as Winemiller’s legal counsel in this deal is Davina Sashkin of Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP.
