On June 5, Jeff Winemiller and his Lowcountry 34 Media signed off on an asset exchange that sees Edge Spectrum receive K21PI-Din Monterey, Calif.
Now, Winemiller has another deal in place involving a LPTV property serving the bucolic Northern California city.
