Lowcountry 34 Media, the low-power TV station owner helmed by Jeff Winemiller, has agreed to trade a facility licensed to Monterey, Calif., to the licensee of LPTVs led by CEO Randall Weiss.
In return, Winemiller is getting LPTVs in Vermont and Western Maryland.
The trade sees Weiss’ Edge Spectrum give to Lowcountry 34 Media W42CK-LP/W25FE-D in Hagerstown, Md., as well as W28DQ-D/W29FB-D in Windsor, Vt., serving Lebanon, N.H.
For Edge Spectrum, it will receive K21PI-D in Monterey.
