It has a Construction Permit for a facility at 96.7 MHz with 99 watts of power from a skyscraper on Randolph in downtown Chicago, giving it a highly directional signal stretching from the Loop north to Evanston.
With the FCC’s blessing, it will soon become the property of one Jim White.
