He says when the rule kicks-in broadcasters should actually be safer in their stations because they will no longer have to allow strangers into the building to look at the documents in the public file.
But there’s a portion of the rule that was changed to make things easier for cable and satellite operators that was not changed for radio owners — and he thinks it should be.
