The nation’s largest audio content creation and distribution company has decided when it will release its financial results for the fourth quarter and for the full year of 2024.

It will see iHeartMedia‘s CEO and CFO share their results on a busy day in which TEGNA, Nexstar Media Group and Gray Media will also be releasing their Q4 ’24 fiscal report cards.

The iHeartMedia Q4 and full-year 2024 earnings call hosted by CEO Bob Pittman and COO/CFO Rich Bressler is scheduled for 4:30pm Eastern on February 27, the final Thursday of the month. This gives financial pros and investors approximately 25 minutes to glance over the results ahead of the conference call and review of the numbers.

With iHeartMedia stock up 70% in value over the last six months, what can investors expect? Five analysts that track iHeartMedia declined to offer an earnings per share prediction but did give a revenue prediction. This results in a consensus revenue estimate of $1.17 billion, up 9.3% year-over-year.

The first quarter of 2025 also seems to be shaping up well from a revenue standpoint, as analysts forecast a 2.1% rise in incoming dollars, to $816.12 million.

That said, controlling expenses is likely a key to income, rather than a net loss, and the industry will likely be keeping a watchful eye on iHeartMedia, which continues to seek a multibillion-dollar debt elimination over the next several years.
