Boston-based media producer WGBH plans to acquire GlobalPost, a native digital news website.
GlobalPost’s reporting will be integrated into Public Radio International and its global news and operations. PRI distributes WGBH programming to non-commercial stations for radio, Web, podcast and mobile platforms.
