On 5/28, Northeast Broadcasting’s WFNX-FM and WWBZ-AM Athol, MA simulcast split from AAA WXRV-FM “The River” Boston and began stunting with a broad spectrum of tunes, asking listeners to vote on songs online. Based off of that feedback, the stations each debuted new formats on 6/9.
