Trading hands is WUSV-LD 16, licensed to Clarksburg, W. Va.
The buyer is TTV, and WUSV-LD is being sold by Steven J. Tocco.
TTV is led by President Tom Syner.
Serving as Escrow Agent is Matthew McCormick of Fletcher Heald & Hildreth.
The purchase price is $20,000, and a 10% escrow payment is being held by McCormick.
TTV’s legal counsel in this transaction is Lee Peltzman of Shainis & Peltzman.
WUSV covers an area to the south of Morgantown, W. Va., home of West Virginia University.
