The Chicago-based television broadcasting company that’s responsible for bringing the MeTV Network brand to screens across the U.S. and to select radio stations, too, is expanding its UHF stable. It’s thanks to an agreement that will give it ownership, pending FCC approval, of a property in Portland, Ore.
