Week 5: Univision continues with solid performance

 Univision Highlights – NPM Broadcast Prime Week of 10/18/10:  Univision continues to deliver the highest primetime year-to-year growth of any broadcast network when compared to the same week last year among Total Viewers 2+ (+15%), Adults 18-49 (+23%), Adults 18-34 (+18%) and Adults 25-54 (+23%).
 
•       Last week, Univision out-delivered ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX on 6 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-34, on 4 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-49 and on 4 out of 7 nights among Teens 12-17.
 
•       For the week, Univision had 6 of the Top 30 broadcast shows among Adults 18-34.
 
•       Last week, Univision was the #5 broadcast network in overall primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (4.1 million), Adults 18-49 (2.2 million) and Adults 18-34 (1.2 million); beating CW by huge margins.
 
•       For the fifth consecutive week in the current 2010-2011 Season, Univision was the #1 broadcast  network among Kids 2-11 (529,000), beating its closest competitor, FOX, by 35% in overall prime.
 
•       On Friday night, Univision was the #1 watched broadcast network in primetime among Adults 18-49 (2.4 million), Adults 18-34 (1.4 million) and Teens 12-17 (267,000), and ranked #2 among Total Viewers 2+ (4.5 million) ahead of ABC, NBC, FOX, and CW.
 
•        The top three most-watched broadcast programs among Adults 18-34 were Univision’s #1 “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel), #2 “Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe” (For Love or Money) and #3 “La Rosa De Guadalupe” (The Rose of Guadalupe).  Additionally, “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel) was also the #1 program on Friday night among Adults 18-49 and Teens 12-17.
 
•       Univision’s strong Tuesday night line-up helped the network capture the #2 broadcast network ranking among Adults 18-34 (1.3 million); surpassing audiences for ABC, NBC, FOX and CW for the night.
 
•       In its final weeks, “Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe” (For Love or Money) helped Univision obtain the #1 position in the M-F/8pm hour among Adults 18-34 (1.5 million) and ranked at #4 among Adults 18-49 (2.6 million).
 
•       At 9pm, “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel) took the #2 ranking in the hour, behind ABC, among Adults 18-34 (1.8 million) and Women 18-34 (899,000).
 
•       On Saturday night, “Sábado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) helped Univision capture the #3 broadcast network on that night among Adults 18-34 (632,000) and Persons 12-34 (728,000); and ranked #2, behind FOX, among Kids 2-11 (343,000).
 
•       Univision’s seventh episode of “Mira Quien Baila” (Look Who’s Dancing!) on Sunday night achieved its third-highest audience levels since its debut on 9/12/10 among Adults 18-34 (1.0 million) and Adults 18-49 (1.9 million).
