Week 30: Broadcast 94, Cable/Satellite 6


Up from last week’s showing of only two ad-supported subscription TV networks making it into the top 100 for the 18-49 demo, the most recent week scored cable/satellite a more healthy six, according to the Television Bureau of Advertising.  TVB combines Nielsen data from broadcast and cable/satellite on a weekly basis. “American Idol” from Fox (both days), Two & A Half Men on CBS, “Desperate Housewives” and “Dancing with the Stars” on ABC rounded out the Top Five, bouncing out Fox’s “House.” The top three cable entries were “WWE Entertainment” on USA at #54, “In Plain Sight” on USA at #66 and “ABC Family Movie” at #78.
