Until now, he’s served as General Manager of two TV stations serving Idaho’s Magic Valley. Starting September 1, he’ll be relocating to Monroe, La., to take on a similar role for a pair of Gray Media-owned siblings.
This makes Eric Walters the next General Manager of KNOE-TV and KAQY-LD, the market’s CBS and ABC affiliates, respectively.
Walters is currently General Manager of CBS-affiliated KMVT-TV and FOX-aligned KSVT-LD in Twin Falls, Idaho. Before that, he was the News Director of Gray-owned WDBJ-TV and WZBJ-LD in Roanoke-Lynchburg.
Before joining Gray in 2020, Eric served as the news director for CBS affiliate WBTW-TV in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
