It’s a 3-year contract extension for Entercom’s WAAF’s Boston afternoon driver and Music Director Mistress Carrie. This month marks Carrie’s 13th year on-air at WAAF; she began hosting afternoon drive in 2005.
Said WAAF PD Ron Valeri: “Carrie is a cornerstone of WAAF and the community. She’s a natural entertainer who has worked genuinely hard to develop a deep connection with her audience. Carrie not only understands what her listeners want, but she also truly cares about them. This relationship has served Carrie well over the years making her one of Boston’s top rated radio and internet personalities.”
Her new extension will keep her on WAAF into 2014.
