Entravision Communications has a great career opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, motivated candidate with an entrepreneurial spirit. The individual in this role will have a proven track record working in Audio Ad Sales, influence decision-making, and drive revenue growth across multiple media channels, including traditional, digital, and branded content. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical, strategic, and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage client activations and closely steward active accounts to ensure success and renewals.
• Drive revenue by meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual business goals by developing a pipeline of new accounts or growing existing categories.
• Collaborate across programming, Marketing, and research departments to strategize holistic marketing initiatives that support content and distribution channels resulting in brand consideration.
• Prepare and present customized proposals to new and prospective clients, articulating strategy, research, Entravision’s capabilities, and other pertinent information to help clients make informed decisions regarding their KPIs and client strategy.
• Engage closely with the agency’s investment, planning, and strategy teams to help position Entravision’s business case and opportunity for Hispanic consumers.
• Work in partnership with the support team on post-sales processes (e.g., entering orders, receivables, campaign analysis)
• Work across business units to proactively support others’ endeavors and optimize execution.
• Contribute your talents and time to meeting challenges, solving problems, and offering creative solutions.
• Be aware of the competitive landscape and develop effective strategies to increase market share.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market intelligence on key categories and accounts.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree required or a minimum of 10+ years of broadcast radio and audio digital sales experience.
• Experience in the media/entertainment industry turning customers into fans.
• Candidate must have established strong agency and client relationships with key decision-makers.
• You have an exceptional ability to build and maintain relationships.
• You possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, the ability to plan and deliver on tight deadlines, and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• You can work independently and in a team environment.
• Willingness to take the initiative and to follow through on projects.
• You are an optimistic-minded self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude and a knack for problem-solving.
• Able to quickly adapt and learn new skill sets as circumstances require.
• Strong presentation and client engagement skills
• Experience working with MS Office and Google suite.
• Must be willing to travel and entertain clients

Reports directly to SVP Integrated Marketing Solutions
