Vic Michael has been a prolific trader of low-power radio stations in recent years, and he’s now agreed to a facilities swap with a broadcast ministry.
The trade sees Tim Wiedeman in his role as GM sign off on an agreement that gives Western Inspirational Broadcasters ownership of K213EL in Laramie, Wyo.
In exchange, WIB will give Mountain Community Broadcasters ownership of K201HM, also in Laramie.
There is no additional consideration involved in this facility swap agreement.
