Vic Michael, serving as the Technical Consultant on behalf of a licensee led by Kristopher Michael, has aided his family member in the sale of a dark construction permit for a noncommercial FM at 91.1 MHz serving a Rocky Mountain community along U.S. 40 due west of Steamboat Springs.
For a token price of $10, Michael’s Cheyenne Broadcasting Foundation Inc. has agreed to sell the CP for KHAL-FM in Craig, Colo., to San Tan Educational Media.
That’s an Arizona-based licensee led by Ryan Greig.
But, San Tan’s three holdings are in Colorado and are comprised of noncommercial Rocker KRYJ-FM in Craig; K214FO in Buena Vista; and an new construction permit for a noncommercial FM in Alma.
