With three third-quarter earnings reports from broadcast media-related companies distributed after Wednesday’s closing bell on Wall Street and five report releases on the calendar for Thursday, Urban One‘s announcement that it would hold an earnings call at 10am after the release of its own report would have potentially clouded the company’s fiscal report card. Furthermore, it would have put Urban One’s call up against those of Nexstar Media Group and Townsquare Media.
It turns out that Urban One made a mistake, and didn’t mean to have its earnings come out on November 7 after all.
Instead, the media company super-serving African American consumers will release its Q3 fiscal report card on Tuesday.
A conference call for investors and analysts will be hosted by CEO Alfred Liggins III and begin at 10am Eastern on November 12.
