As RBR+TVBR first reported on January 23, 100kw Country WCNK-FM in Key West, Fla., is being sold by Bob Holladay, ending 10 years of ownership by Holladay’s group for the station.
It turns out a second, larger transaction was consummated, too, with paperwork filed late Tuesday night with the FCC seeking its approval of that deal.
