As RBR+TVBR first reported on February 11, G. Brint Ryan and Malinda Flenniken, the current Managing Partner of KBest Media, agreed to a deal that sees Kbest Media LLC spin two FMs and an AM with an FM translator in Big Spring, Tex., to Ryan Media.
Deal terms including the price Ryan is paying have now become known.
