The sale of KTRX-AM in Houston TX will get it Hispanic giant Univision within the bounds of the local ownership cap, and will bring in a nifty $3M at the same time, according to brokerage house Kalil & Co. The station is going to Ruben Villareal’s Aleluya Christian Broadcasting, which is already active in the market. Univision will also have both a television and radio presence in Houston going forward.
