Here’s what we’ve heard: Univision has been losing Hispanic network radio share to new Hispanic radio networks entrants for the past few years…ie LER. The CC/CBS audience will be a new audience coming in to the Hispanic network marketplace which will make the marketplace stronger. Until now CC/CBS Hispanic have kept their inventory in the spot market. We believe Univision made CC/CBS an offer they couldn’t refuse to maintain share. Univision didn’t return calls at deadline.
