A Hispanic Media ‘Visionary’ Is Mourned

For those who sit on the board of Entravision Communications, its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Walter Ulloa, was a “visionary.”

From 1976 through 1989, Ulloa held a variety of roles at what is today’s TelevisaUnivision’s West Coast flagship broadcast TV station, KMEX-34 in Los Angeles. In 1996, he co-founded Entravision through a series of noteworthy deals.

Today, the legacy of Entravision under Ulloa is recalled, following his untimely passing of a heart attack on Sunday (12/31).
