A pair of board members of The E.W. Scripps Co. will not stand for re-election at the annual meeting of shareholders in May, the company announced in a SEC filing made on Thursday.
On the Presidents’ Day holiday, it became known that Scripps has nominated two other Scripps family members to fill their respective seats.
