For some, Randy Weiss is a significant figure in the Christian faith-based broadcast television universe. For others, he’s a digital TV pioneer who as ARK Mediacom Chairman launched the first successful test of an end-to-end 5G Broadcast stream.
Now, Weiss through his Edge Spectrum entity has agreed to sell two LPTV properties in West Virginia and a third in Erie, Pa.
W21EA-D in Parkersburg, W. Va.; and W29FK-D in Clarksburg, W. Va. and EICB-TV East LLC’s W23FH-D in Erie are being spun to Lighthouse Support, a Pennsylvania non-profit.
Each property is valued at $75,000, and a total $225,000 is due at closing via wire transfer.
There is no broker or finder associated with this transaction.
Serving as Lighthouse Support’s legal counsel is Joe Chautin III of Hardy, Carey, Chautin & Balkin.
