The Jorgenson-brokered deal is the cash transaction, for KNGW-FM Juneau AK.
The seller is Life on the Way Communications. VP Gary Curtis signed off on the application.
The price is $25,000.
KNGW-FM is a Class A on 88.9 MHz with 125 W @ -419’.
The other deal is a straight-up swap with SSR Communications Inc., who did business under the signature of Matthew Wesolowski.
CCTF is trading KIMW-FM CP Heflin LA to SSR in exchange for W245AH Ridgeland MS.
KIMW-FM CP is a Class A on 105.5MHz with 6 kW @ 328’. The station will be located to the east of Shreveport LA.
W245AH operates on 96.9 MHz, and its 19 W signal serves a northern portion of the Jackson MS market.
