In July 2017, Townsquare Media acquired six radio stations and two FM translators in and around the Pittsfield, Mass., market, from Gamma Broadcasting LLC and Berkshire Broadcasting Co.
Among the stations Townsquare acquired was a Class D 5kw daytime-only AM, using 2 towers to cover the Berkshires and much of New York’s Capital District.
Now, it’s received a Notice of Violation from the FCC for something it failed to do on at least five occasions in late 2019.
