Moody’s Investors Service has rated a financial instrument being put into effect by growing radio group Townsquare Media and said the move will not affect the company’s corporate family rating nor change its overall stable rating.
The Corporate Family Rating for the company is B2, and a $145M 9% senior note offering, with will partially fund its $281M in acquisitions ($229M worth from Cumulus, $52M worth from Peak) gets a B3.
