Townsquare Buying Six Stations

Townsquare Media, Inc. has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire six radio stations and two FM translators in and around the Pittsfield, MA market, from Gamma Broadcasting LLC and Berkshire Broadcasting Co., Inc.
