The senior GOP Commissioner on the Federal Communications Commission has lashed out at a Memorandum Opinion and Order released Tuesday that allows the sale of WADL-38 in Detroit to proceed, albeit with several conditions.
In Brendan Carr‘s view, “The FCC’s decision to redline the terms of a deal like this plainly exceeds the agency’s statutory authority.”
