WASHINGTON, D.C. — On August 2, television stations located in Illinois and Wisconsin were required to file applications for license renewal for terms expiring on December 1.
Two stations failed to do so.
Because of these inactions, the license of WRDH-LP in Ashton, Ill.; and WCRD-LP in Freeport, Ill. will expire as of December 1.
Of course, that is provided there is no renewal application received by midnight on the date of expiration, which would thwart such an action.
WRDH is licensed to CHN Media LLC, while WCRD is licensed to FXM Broadcasting.
