The stations are WFMO-AM and WSTS-FM, both licensed to Fairmont NC.
Epperson’s radio group is Truth Broadcasting Corporation.
The seller is Davidson Media Group, headed by President Chris McMurray.
The price is $475,000 cash.
WFMO-AM is a Class D on 860 kHz with 1 kW-D, 12 W-N, ND.
WSTS-FM is a Class C2 on 100.9 MHz with 50 kW @ 489’.
The stations, both of which are already using religious formats, are located in unrated territory that is centered between three markets. Fayetteville NC is at 12 o’clock, Wilmington NC at 3 o’clock and Myrtle Beach at 6 o’clock, and Florence SC is at 9 o’clock – well, maybe 8:30.
