A $25,000 escrow deposit has been made, with a $160,000 cash payment due at closing. The remaining balance of $165,000 will paid with a $50,000 check due on the first anniversary date of closing, and a second $50,000 payment on the second anniversary of the closing date. A final $65,000 payment will be due on the third anniversary of the closing date. The Promissory Note carries a 3% interest rate.

The transaction includes an assumed contract for the WROD tower and property lease with Philip A LeBlanc and Brenda A LeBlanc of P&B Realty.
