The Copyright Royalty Judges on Tuesday confirmed the receipt of a notice of intent to audit the 2015, 2016, and 2017 statements of account submitted by two of the nation’s largest radio broadcasting companies; the No. 2 licensee of radio stations in the U.S.; and a small webcaster.
The news comes as the CRB unveiled their final determination of the rates and terms for making and distributing phonorecords from Jan. 1, 2018 through the end of 2022.
