The owner of a television station that has served as the MyNetwork TV affiliate for the Alamo City, one of a trio of broadcast properties that in June 2022 launched a NEXTGEN TV signal via a Sinclair Inc.-owned ATSC 3.0 “lighthouse,” has entered into a Consent Decree with the FCC’s Enforcement Bureau.
The reason for the agreement is tied to a look into Emergency Alert System test violations.
