Tennessee FM to Change Hands


SoldPhase Two Communications is selling a Tennessee FM.

WFTZ is licensed to Manchester, half-way between Nashville and Chattanooga.

Peter Bowman’s Bowman Broadcasting of Tullahoma, Tennessee is the buyer. He also owns WDUC(FM) in Lynchburg.

The price is $425,000, less a $40,000 deposit. At closing Bowman is to pay $70,000 by cashier’s check or wire transfer. The remaining $315,000 will be paid to PTC in monthly installments over five years at 6% interest.

“Fantasy 101.5 FM” is a Class A FM with an ERP of 3,000 watts @ 328’ HAAT; it operates on 101.5 MHz.
