In a move that likely would not have transpired had the novel coronavirus not created a global pandemic ahead of a pivotal U.S. presidential election, NBCUniversal Telemundo Enterprises has given the green light to a new 11:30pm Eastern newscast to air on its Spanish-language Telemundo network each Saturday and Sunday, starting July 18.
