Sunday premieres a mixed bag

ABC was the ratings winner on Sunday with a strong debut by “Secret Millionaire.” “Desperate Housewives” on ABC beat the first hour of the season premiere of “Celebrity Apprentice” on NBC, although the second hour won its time slot. NBC’s new “America’s Next Great Restaurant” was #4 in its time slot.
