In 2021, he became VP/Business Development of Univision Communications. As of today, he’s the new SVP of Non-Traditional Revenue for CBS Stations, reporting to President of Sales Julio Marenghi.
Earning the role is Stephen Gregory Barr, and he’ll be responsible for working with the sales teams at the group’s 27 local stations and spearhead the creation and execution of new business initiatives and the development of strategic cross-platform sales opportunities involving CBS-owned television stations, the group’s local news streaming channels, websites and other properties.
It’s a newly created position, and has experience at such African American-centric brands as Ebony and Jet and general-interest lifestyle brands InStyle and OK!
