The National Association of Attorneys Generals, in a letter representing 39 state AGs who in turn say they represent millions of Americans, asked the FCC what can be done about unwanted robocall-type telemarketing calls.
At question is exactly how much power the FCCs and telephony providers have when it comes to blocking such calls.
